Justin has a Bianchi San Jose for riding around town. It’s from the Sports Recycler and I love it. Last weekend while I was gone it was stolen downtown.
Yesterday, it was found unlocked in front of a friend’s house. WHAT?! She was living with us when The Incident occurred and moved about a block away a couple days ago. We are pretty far from where the bike was taken. Whodunit? Does he happen to live nearby? Was he drunk and didn’t know how he got home, thus leaving the bike unlocked for a week? Very weird in the best possible way.
This is the second time Justin’s bike has been missing and miraculously found its way back. Keeper. I think the bicycle deities are on our side.

A bicycle shop in Altlandsberg, Germany advertises their goods with a wall of around 120 bikes mounted on the building’s exterior.
One of the redeeming qualities about traveling every week is coming home to tons of mail. Today I received my Argyle Fan Club gear! Do you have a Danny Pate trading card? Didn’t think so. And Camelbak Podium bottles happen to be my favorite. And American Apparel t-shirts happen to be my favorite. I’ll definitely be wearing this around Boulder pretending like I’m on the team. Oh, I also just made my team predictions here. Apparently, I’m not on the roster.
Thank you POM Wonderful and Garmin-Transitions! And thank you to my pals on Twitter who witnessed some serious retweeting during the Tour of California.
